The Ovidius University and University of Oradea, IASI & SIBIU were administered by the Ministry of Education & Research, Romania. Vasile Goldis University is the only private university in Romania administered by a non- profitable organization.
Study System
M.D. General Medicine of 6 years duration [Equivalent to Indian MBBS]
Dentistry of 6 years duration [Equivalent to Indian BDS]
Pharmacy of 5 years duration
Physiotherapy of 5 years duration
All these courses come under the category of Long term University Education. All the three Universities were included in the ECTS [European Union Credit Transfer System]. Through this system a student can change his/her university to any university across Europe at any point of time, provided that university must be a part of the ECTS.
Fee: US $ 3,600/ Year [Approximately Rs. 1,58,000/ Year]. This fee is same for all the aforementioned courses. US $ 3,800/ Year for PG studies.
Cost of Living: US $ 100-200/ Month for Accommodation and Food. The amount will vary according to the University selected.
Flight Charges: Rs. 20,000- 25,000 for one-way journey.
Rs. 34,000 – 38, 000 for two-way journey.

Before starting the process you must have to pay an application fee of Rs. 75,000 as Demand Draft.
PROCESSING FEE
Rs. 95,000 [Demand draft] is the processing fee that should be paid after getting the Visa & Admission Letter but before departing to Romania.
